Return My People
Return My People was written for the season of Lent as well a Reconciliation services. I don’t recall the experience of writing it other than I was working for a parish in Portland, OR as well as doing retreat work for the Archdiocese of Portland in Youth Ministry. There was always a Reconciliation Service at these retreats and I wanted to provide something to use that would speak of the Celebration of forgiveness rather than the sinfulness that brought one to seek it.
